You don’t need to give us any details. When we return your call we are very careful not to identify ourselves, or what we do.

If we don’t reply within 24 hours, it will be a mistake – we usually respond very quickly, actually. Sadly the most common reason is that  our email reply is languishing in your spam box, or your text message never reached us (it does happen occasionally). Please just contact us again if we haven’t responded to you in that time.

If you only have wifi, you can contact us on Signal Messanger, which is very secure.
